Mantis Wushu Philippines was organized by a group of disciple of Shifu Arnold Buenviaje. The main purpose of the organization is to propagate the Seven Star Praying Mantis Fist in the Philippines, from the lineage of Shifu Zhong Lian Bao.

Tang Lang Quan or Praying Mantis Fist is a system of boxing which was created by imitating the movement of a mantis. It involves rapid parrying and continuous attacks. The movements are quick and powerful, hard yet soft.
